Replaced my rear P Zeros* today. I got 7500 miles out of them and there was not much left on the old ones. Paid £673. Lots of tread left on the fronts - c6mm.

Local guy I trust - got me the SottoZeros last winter so I know he is good. Price matched Blackcircles.

Yep, P Zeros. Michelin Super Sports would be tempting but I will not mix front and back.

Nice price - Vreds come out well on the new tyre stickers which look at fuel economy, noise etc.

Vredsteins work out quite well for my Alfa too just over 1000 for all 4,read some good reviews about them also,
So I'll be using them in about 3 months whe. My tyres are due to be changed,

Normally use p-zeros but willing to give these tyres a chance.

Recently changed all 4 corners on my 3200. Went for Falken 45s2 from Camskill £450 inc delivery. Grip is good and I havent noticed them being any noisier then the michelin PS2's they replaced as some have found.

Good to hear, a lot of us have been harping on about them for years, always good to see that others agree and that we are not all barking mad!

The rears on mine need replacing, I've been quoted £239.95 (plus VAT) each for the original spec P Zero Rossos, fitted and balanced, by Bill McGraths. It seems a fair price to me.

Fronts have 3 mm left on them. I think I live with that for the moment.

I think I'll stay with the original spec as I don't want to mix brands. Plus, I was never happy with the Michelin Primacy on my previous car.

That is not a bad price to be fair, still £100 more than the Falkens. Just replaced my tyres all round on the GTS, £1200 please sir!

Personally i feel that Michelin have fallen behind in the tyre stakes and been living on passed reputations, their tyres still perform as they did , but other makes have crept up in the effieciency stakes and at half the price in a lot of cases

I had 4 almost new Michelin pilot sport 3's when i picked up my 4200 a few weeks ago, they seem a bit noisy, but never had a Mas before so no idea how these rate for noise, road holding and longevity?

They do rate quite well agaisnt the others on the coupes , but for virtually the most expensive tyre which they mostly are you'd expect them to be leaps and bounds ahead of the rest , they have rested on their laurels far too many years

Vreds are better in my opinion , and in another 3k miles i'll be on my 3rd set of 4 ..................thats with 2 cars in 5 years
