Hi Keano
Knocking noises can be one or all(!) of the following:
1. Suspension bushes (upper and lower, inner and outer) front - easily identified
2. Rear suspension bushes - easily identified
3. Track rods - easily identified
4. Inner tie rods (inside of the bellows attached to the steering rack) - need to check for excessive free play and knocking
5. Suspension assembly - easily identified
6. Sway bar bushings - easily identified
7. Engine mounts - little more involved but not hard too diagnose
If you have a tech look at it systematically, no more than 30 mins, you should be able to get there by deduction. And given the bushings work you have had done hopefully easier to deduce
good luck
