Not yet, awaiting delivery of my x pipe (not Larini). I'll let you know my feedback when it arrives and has been fitted - should be next week.Anyone just put larini x pipe with standard exhaust. If so is it worth it or better to get larini rear exhaust?

What about droneYes and yes. I had a 2012 GT S with a Larini X pipe and everything else standard and it was fabulous. Made a massive difference to volume and the type of noise.... so definitely worth it.

It sure is, looking forward to receiving it (hopefully next week).I've got an Autoshield x-pipe on mine which I think is what mmarks is waiting for. It registered over 111dBa at a recent event and is plenty loud enough for me. I can't imagine what it's like with further modification. With the valves closed, it's perfectly civilised on the motorway. If I was you I would start with this and then decide if you want more.
What car you going for next?I'm taking my Larini X pipe off next week as the car is going but to answer your question it does make **** of a difference.
I think adding more than an X pipe would make it too noisey on a long run
Sounds good. Granturismo is one of the best sounding cars ever only bettered by lambo and ferrari.
Here's a cr*p video I did of mine with just an autoshield X pipe. Rubbish dash mount, and I'm no racing driver. But it gives you an idea of the noise.
Not 100% yet but going to the other stable for sure. I would like a Cali T in Rosso Fuoco but my heart keeps telling me to go for a 599 but my head keeps telling me they are too old fashioned now. What car you going for next?
Didn’t have any... the only time I would occasionally turn off the Sport button was if I was cruising on a motorway, and I wanted to be able to listen to some music without being distracted by the V8 burble...
I haven't actually bought the car yet. The wife has given the green light to get the mid life crisis car. I am 80% for granturismo and 20% 911. Pretty sure it's going to be maser. The X is a great & relatively inexpensive place to start and for many, is enough of a modification to make. Definitely worth doing and maybe FF1078 will be selling his?
