Picked this up today, a little project for me as I am now officially retired.
Needs a bit of work, nothing major, new trim, chrome and wheels, tidy the
engine and engine bay, get everything to fit properly.
Recent new Heritage shell, so totally rust free, new stainless exhaust system
already fitted.

very nice, looks in great condition for a car of that age, you were not tempted to get a wrecked one and restore it since you are retired! :)

I saw one on the road not long ago, I thought crikey it's a toy car, they look so small nowadays..!! I used to crave after one as a young driver...memories..!!

Looks not bad as is , except that front bumper near side. I did a B , completely, years ago. That's when I learnt just how much space a totally dismantled car takes up. Good luck with it.

I went to look at an earlier one, but it had too much rust and the panel fit was horrendous, so I bought this one.

Stags are the only other 'affordable' (cheap) classic car.
Does yours still have the triumph V8, or did you fit the rover V8?

My Stag is actually worth the same as my Maser, values have risen over the last few years. It really highlights the fact how undervalued the Maser is!
Yes original Triumph 3lt V8, although far from stock.
Holley 4 barrel carb (EFi soonish!)
Tubular exhaust manifolds
Gas flowed heads with Holbay cams
Fully polished and balanced internals

Inaddition leda suspension, modified brakes, period Recaro seats with retrimmed interior to match, etc etc!

Last time I showed her at the annual Stag Owners Club concourse won 'best modified car'!

Have owned her for 29 years so a keeper!
