Sorry chaps, mistyped, it was an €83B (billion not million) market in 2010. Just cant see it going through, a lot of german MEPs are as anti-european as UKIP at the moment.

I think that numbers right, few years ago since I looked. If i remember correctly though it's for all car parts inc OEM which i think came to about €63b, so none OEM was about €20b it's a huge market - these are just german figures, I cant remember the full EU ones.
