Aye totally agree Andy , all transport managers , make it policy to get all there drivers on side , weed out the chaff when needed, its how you get those extra loads done keeping those all important customers happy, its a hard job to heep everyone happy , but when they see and understand how difficult the job can be they generally come round to help out , knowing when the ovies time comes round, they will get a good crack at it
