I'm interested in this, I would have thought it'd be me, myself and I or me and a mate.

Of course im up for this and would go 2 up if required.

I still have all the various plans and routes if anyone wants them, personally i would not do Stelvio as its full of coaches and slow really not all its cracked up to be IMO, there are others closer and on the way such as Furka and Grimsel that are faster and more fun. I would also consider a trip on the way down through Mullhouse to go to the Schlumpf and possibly to Maranello while we are there.

I would also prob do a few more passes as we go down as well, but planning a route is fun.

And i am now allowed in Switzerland!

Aosta via the Grand St Bernard's sounds good, it's the one drive I wanted to do but missed last week. Mulhouse & the schlumpfffff is good too if passing that way.

My favourite from last week was Briançon, D902 through Vars then D900 over to Cueno. I actually did it in the other direction, but it may be a good way back for some.

I'll watch this thread with interest. Having taken the GS to Modena in 2011, I can't wait to go again. Marriage and a bab have put a hold on things, but Sep 2014 might be different!

Ps - that not to say I'll be single by then, it'll just be more manageable! Hopefully.

I would be up for this, probably bring a mate/brother who can help me with the drive from Aberdeen. Assuming the recent refurbishment means the car will still be going next year!

Tunnel is a much better option, ferries are so 1970's.
I'm in and have a spare seat I believe, wife not coming lol. Boyz trip.

You will need twenty cars+ for your own carriage on the chunnel...this will also be the double deck one as they will not give out all the high vehicle space for cars booked as a group.
The discount is only around 10% as well.

This sounds like a good blast, I think I will be in for that, not sure about Lady Stig, will explain all the pitfalls of the trip and see how we go..!!

Guys I know this has been on the cards for a while now but we will be doing the Euro factory tours and Stelvio in 2014

I will be discussing it with the mods tomorrow and places will be limited.

Based on 2 sharing, we are undecided if this is a boys or partners trip.

Anyone interested please register it here.

Planning will start once Le Mans is out of the way in June and a non refundable (but transferable) deposit will be taken.

Hi Guys,

As discussed many times before, CONFIRMED,CONFIRMED.. I will be there. I will just need to share a ride please... happy to cover costs in advance.

Thanks,

Ozzie,

I emailed James at Greypaul today and he came back to me to say that nothing has been released by Maserati SpA as yet in relation to their centenary plans, however he has some guys over from Modena next week, so he's going to ask them and let me know.........
