Process of elimination? Buy a Skoda one and replace each in turn until they start working again. Or as you said before, replace them all for ~£45 and be done with it.
Indeed either of those is a great option but it would be a shame to take the bumper off and then find the sensors and the wiring around them are not the problem.
I am also intreaged by some evidence that tapping the sensor makes it work again.

Piezo electric. They might work again if you hit them. Percussive maintenance.
