I concur - Porsche 928s are my lifelong automotive obsession. Let’s be honest - until recently it was the Porsche that Porsche would rather not talk about. And yet, more than 98% of the car is still available within 3 days from Stuttgart…
I have a 968 convertible. A bit tired, resprayed 3 times but no rust at all. Trying to decide whether to let it go or go full tilt and rebuild. I cannot imagine if there are more than 100 left on the planet.

Matt, I'm glad that you got a refund on those bearings from NY.
The bearings for 4200s are the same as Ferrari 360/ 430 and are interchangeable and still available. I've never worked on a GT/QP, but could someone check and see if the hub carrier bolt pattern is the same? If so, use a 4200/ Ferrari F430 hub with a wheel adapter to go from 5x108 pcd to 5x 114.3.
And no, there is no way to remanufacture the hub.
Spent last weekend rebuilding an engine for a friend, another guy there is restoring a 356c, and he was telling me that every part is available from Porsche.
Maserati makes it SO hard to love our cars. :(
The stud pattern is different yes between the 4200 and QP/GT. Apart from that they work identically

I think there is one year for the 4200 where it is different?

For the same reason I won’t have spacers, I wouldn’t want an adapter unless there was absolutely no choice.

Zep, I agree on wheel adapters, but if the only way to keep a car on the road is to use other hub bearings, so be it.
Lots of guys have spacers on their wheels, an adapter isn't much worse.
And yes, 2002 have a different resistance for the speed sensor.

So when do I buy a Porsche ;)
I've had one for 4 years and rate it highly a totally different animal but a good one all the same but do miss the occasion of a Italian V8 or V12 as my Google memories like to remind me of often.

But I'm too small for a GT/GC :(

Is the Wheel bearing/hub the same? Is it also the same part for 4200, Gt etc? I'm viewing an MC shift 2009 granturismo on Sunday with ABS lights on. So most likely going to need the hub(s) replaced, along with some parking sensors. Any help is much appreciated!

No. The PCD is different between the GT and the Coupe. So not the same
Thank you, so just a case of scouring around for a GT wheel hub on the internet then, or hoping they miraculously come back into stock then.
