Maserati Store. Help needed!!

Hi guys purchased some bits off the official Maserati Store web site ........Christmas presents, jumpers, t-shirts etc, paid the extra £35 for 3 day delivery (express delivery) been 6 days now can't email them as its a "no-reply" email address and the telephone number on the order and web site only Italian answer phone message! Any body dealt with these before and any idea would be much appreciated . Thanks

Off topic: a friend of mine is trying to get in touch with someone who works at Facebook's Carnaby Street office in London. He thought it would be a simple job of looking up their contacts page. No, that doesn't exist. Then he thought googling it would throw it up. No. The company that wants to own most of the world's personal information does not publish a phone number anywhere.

More and more are going like that.

Marti, looking at this again I'm not sure the link page I found is actually THE Maserati store, it may be the third party Maserati store of a retailer (bigcartel). Hard to tell as i found it originally by Googling, but maybe they can help....

Yeah that is a third party Maserati Store, I'm still not getting any joy, the emails are being bounced back now!! I'm going to ring Greypaul Maserati up as I know they have official store and see if they can help!

Still no news on my order! Emailed info@maserati.com and they did get back to me to say they look into it and contact me with a delivery date, that was 2 days ago and 14 days from my order date, looks like no stocking fillers this year!!!!!! :(

Thats hardly accepetable...reflects poorly on them that things aren't shipped in a timely fashion.....and it aint cheap shipping either

That's right £35 + VAT for delivery . hopefully they come in time for my birthday now!!!!!!!!!!!!.................(that's in September so may be?)

All the times i ordered i had no delay in shipping from them, but it;s the next door country.

Don't you have a tracking number? If yes, then go to fedex webpage, type it and they'll give you the delivery date.

No haven't got a tracking number just a invoice from Maserati Store that is a no-reply email I have contacted info@maserati.com and they have emailed me with their apologies and will find out and get back to me but as yet still nothing. All the items I ordered were in stock so can't see that's an excuse bet the Italians are on holiday now! Just like August the whole country shuts down.
