At the risk of sparking some controversy, yes, I was in a parent child space. However what’s not clear is the etiquette of parking in such a space... some supermarkets explicitly allow you to park in them with a child up to the age of 12, others are more ambiguous. If it’s busy I’ll avoid the kiddy spaces and let the mums and their 3m wide buggies take a space - if it’s not, then I’ll park up and if I’m challenged I’ll very kindly explain that this this is a Maserati and they probably wouldn’t understand... and then promptly move expecting to get keyedQuattroporte’s in a supermarket car park!
Brave move (although you do seem to have parked yours in a wide bay. Parent and child?)
