Meridian - test drive

I got a letter from meridian Modena inviting me to a test drive day for the whole maserati range this weekend so can't wait to try a QP and a GT wool hoooo roll on the weekend

Noooooo just dreaming, no way could I afford a new one + the garage is too small for a new one.

The missus loves the grancabrio so going to try that one first

BTW - I've decided I'm going to keep the MC victory forever......

Enjoy the blatt Pete, i played and dreamed for hours in the Gran cabrio when i first saw it on the stand in Geneva last year , awesome bit of kit , your missus certainly got excellent expensive taste havent most

Luckily I have another car For daily driving as I think it would ruin it using it for commuting, however it does get a drive at least once a week.

Plus I really don't like driving it I'm traffic, too jerky.

Lol not sure I will be able to do that..... No doubt they will have someone from meridian in the car + it's on the road

Little bit off track, I know...
Was driving around in the alfa on sunday (with my wife) and just happened to be passing lancasters in Colchester :D
of course we had to go in and have a little nose around...were at least a dozen GranTurismo's for sale both new and used,
they are doing a deal where you get the full retail price of any maser you trade in against a stock car...
to my surprise, my wife loves the GT...and wait for it, her favorite was a black stradale they had in the showroom...
fingers crossed for tonights lotto :D :D

Blimey - even if they gave me the maximum px for my car I still wouldn't be able to afford one.

Mind you aren't they supposed to be bringing out a baby maser?

Really? If I trade in my 4200GT currently valued at £16k they will give me £65000 trade in against any car they have in stock? So for £15k I could be in a 2010 GTS. As I want to keep my 4200, it's got to be worth buying a ropey one for £10k and coughing up another £15k to get into an £80k GTS.
