Dont think the MC 12 is still a current manufactured model Newton , they were a limited number i believe

One option I can never find on the Configurator is 'correctly tuned 4.7'. Thus you are stuck with the 450 bhp 4.7.
Haha good point.....they should do a "520bhp version" like they do with the GTRs....two bhps....
Woody's top figure of around 130k sounds about right. if you went for special paint (e.g. Bianco Fuji) and carbon fibre everything you're probably talking around that figure for an MC Sportline GTS or MC Stradale.
There is of course the option to give your QP to a 3rd party, spend near enough 6 figures and get yourself a QP Estate (or Bellagio) but that's not through Maserati themselves. I would imagine sky is the limit if you took your Maserati to a 3rd party custom firm. Speaking of which, that reminds me of Koenig, they used to take your Testarossa, give it a crazy body kit, strap twin turbo's on it and take the roof off - the legendary Koenig convertible!

LOL! I remember reading an article back in the day where some bloke took the Koenig Convertible on a German Autobahn with the roof down. He reckons he got it to about 160-170mph before backing off as he felt his hair was about to come off. He must have had a similar hairstyle to that bloke!
According to Koenig, the car was supposed to be capable to hitting 200mph with the roof down - sheer madness, especially in them days!
