Thanks Dicky, I doubt there would be but any idea if there is a register of total cars made each year for the world market by colour ?

Maserati would probably have the information somewhere but I'm unaware if it is in the public domain.

I've tried poking around in the net and not found much. All I recall is that Maserati sold about 6000 cars last year, down from about 10000 in 2008 and up from under 1000 in 1999. Not much help!

If you ask Maserati Classiche, they should be able to tell you how many and in what colour.

The nice folk at Maserati told me that they couldn't supply me with the information I requested (number of cars made by colour).

After much pleading re info specifically about my car, they did tell me that there was a total of 3 Gransports made with griggio granito duco. Not much chance of spotting another one in my neck of the woods I reckon.

Guys, note that this guy from Australia with the granito GS is coming from Greece. So, you have to start thinking if this site should be renamed to "sportsmaserati(dot)gr" . :)

PS: Matt, do not search for the above url... hahaha

LUCKY is what is.....born in the second best country in the world to live in, according to the study, according to us it's the best

My parents migrated from the Island of Samos Greece in the fifties. It was the birthplace of Pythagoras but I reckon they've got a bit of Nostradamus blood in them because they knew they were heading to a country (Australia) which would one day be voted the second best country in the world !!!

and as NickP mentioned in another thread, we were beaten by a country who has legalised dope and hookers!

So Geoff is spot on, I am very lucky to have been born in Oz and I can always visit Greece and have a few ouzos with Mr Cambio :)

The nice folk at Maserati have now informed me that the three Grigio Granito cars made were all shipped to the UK.

One was finished with Beige interior, one with Black and one with Bordeaux.

They cannot confirm whether the black interior and the beige interior are still in the UK. They can only update their records if a new owner contacts them as I did re the Bordeaux which is heading to Australia.

You should ask Jackson what colour his car is. I thought it was black but maybe it's Granito with Beige. It came from the UK.
