Mystery leak from GTS?

Noticed a small amount of what looks like water(egg cup amount) under the car. Dismissed it as the AC. Noticed it again, but it is quite far back, roughly below the front arm rest, so behind the engine.

Where could it be coming from? Are there any pipes carrying water in this area? (2-3 ft in front of the rear wheels)

The only leak you need to be worried about is from the back of the engine (The pipe of doom) which only affects 4.2 GT and QP. Taste the puddle, plain water = ac drain, sweet taste is coolant..then worry.

Great, it's a 4.7. Out of interest, what is the pipe of doom?

Rubber link pipe between the two head cooling Ali pipes. Changed to one piece Ali pipe in the 4.7.

The only leak you need to be worried about is from the back of the engine (The pipe of doom) which only affects 4.2 GT and QP. Taste the puddle, plain water = ac drain, sweet taste is coolant..then worry.

To be fair, it could have been on the very narrow gorge bit on the way down Mt Ventoux rather than just before a spacious lay by in the plain below!

That would be chasing @ScottH. Should have pootled increasing the pressure gradually and saving my left ear too!

I Knew about the pipe issue , but didn't realise it didn't affect the 4.7.... Result!
One less thing in the back of my mind.
