Hello all, as I carefully avoid watching the rugby as Australia get stronger and more into the game, I wonder what the point of the sill extensions are on a gransport.
They look so much bigger in real life and for the life of me I can't think of another car with a similar feature.
Is there an aerodynamic purpose or merely a question of increasing girth, cos that's a reasonable substitute for length!

Aside from the aesthetics they do seem to add more down force and stability at speed over a facelift 4200.

Having driven a few GS's and facelift 4200s the GS does feel a little more planted and the 4200 feels a little lighter at the front end when pushing on.
