The 4200 will be good after a 996 Targa. Were you on the 911UK forum by any chance?
On my second one in nearly 10 years and it was so Good brought it to New Zealand with meWelcome - great colour choice
Enjoy your new car, I'm 1.5 years into 4200 ownership and loving it!
Just noticed your car does not have the Maserati badges on the rear pillars.
Lovely car, that colour looks great.First clean, some new floor mats and a wheel centre cap swap...

Lovely car, that colour looks great.
Your wheel studs look like new, mine have gone bit rusty also my centre caps need changing. Did you have to take the wheel to change them?
Thanks Safrane, will ge some new ones ordered. If your old centre caps are shot just sink a self tapping screw into the and pull them out. Saves taking the wheels off and pushing them out from behind.
Good idea, I'll give mine a drop of paint. I tried cleaning one in situ with Solvol which didn't work. Thanks! The wheel bolt ends were painted by the garage that did the clutch change earlier this year. Not a great finish but at least they look a bit brighter. As Safrane says, you can sacrifice the old centre caps if they're past their best. I opted to remove all four wheels, as I wanted to clean the inside of wheels, clean the brake calipers and inspect the suspension etc.
Since some are taking about side badges, were face lift wheels an option on earlier cars?
I love those wheel centres, they look great. Are they metal? Where are they from?
Great looking car, congrats.
Thanks for the feedback!
As for the centre caps, they are genuine Maserati parts bought from eBay here. Quite pricey for bits of chrome effect plastic but far better looking than the crusty originals!!
