Well, we had a great day today, both Trev and I managed to get a dupe of SM updated to the new software version and most of the styling done.

Trev also managed to get some of the classifieds admin functions done, we can add makes, models, fuel types, gearboxes, years etc done, tomorrow we will be working on more admin functions.

Its actually been pretty easy so far so I don't know what all the fuss the other coders had to be honest.

Matt, as a side note, can you tel me why some of the words typed on posts, that finish up at the end of a line, get duplicated on the next line when you post the reply? The word is not doubled typed, but get's doubled up when published? Any ideas?

On this desktop I am using Vista Ultimate 64 bit and Internet Explorer 9.
I have noticed this unusual issue on other posts / replies to threads, not submitted by me. Weird??

Sounds like an IE issue, new version is coming soon, so hopefully that will sort it.

I can see them too so you're not going nuts; not a big issue at all, just very strange, and very occasional. This has been happening since about Novemberish, I spotted this one today on the M/C thread:

I'm on Win 7 64 bit and I.E. 8 as far as I recall

Thanks for that Newton, at least now I know I'm not quite senile just yet?? It is weird though, the amount of times I have gone back to edit the words out and then they were not there until I posted again, it got me going a bit.
