HI Everyone,i spoke to a chap today that has 2 new F1 pumps from greypauls that fit the 4200 as well as other F1 cars for £275 !!!.
If your car is starting to miss gears or have trouble selecting reverse or it dumps you into N and your clutch wear indication is at a satisfactory level then this may well be the faulty part.
seller has bettered the alfa part price also listed on ebay so this price for a genuine part seems very very good.

I would but Emblem have already sourced one for me and at that price im having it fitted regardless

Adam...do you have the part number? I am assuming its the old style pump, not the up-rated version?

I believe they uprated/changed the innards so it doesn't fail as soon as the earlier version....

well the date on the pump packaging is 15 October 2010 so it will depend on when they superceeded the item and stopped the old one perhaps?
I can just see the numbers but they are ferrari so any cross reference numbers?

Yes i see the one from alpha workshop P.
At £240 this does raise questions for me.
I was originally going to be charged around £750 for the alpha part (as opposed to £1100 for a genuine part) then it went down to £450 then price matched to £299.
Well i have no doubt at £240 dealers are making money on the part . Hmmmm.have to ask how Ferrari or maserati can charge such a premium for the same part.

All are genuine, made in same place just a different package!!!!
