Saw this earlier, I took a triple take. If ever there was a sign Maserati has become more mainstream and practical this is it. I couldn’t help but give the guy a thumbs up. Is the shine going to wear off? Will we still be saying 'Oh yes, and I drive a Maserati' in 10 years time?

No - They don't sell enough to take the shine off and assuming the Altieri actually turns up there will still be a halo car.

The QPV & GT (and probably all other Maserati) are very specifically quoted in the handbooks as not being homologated to tow anything so it would be illegal. Looking at those electrics it may still be the case in the Ghibli

Interesting, the tow bar arrangement was odd and messy
