New Maranello Maserati Ascot showroom

Driving down Ascot high street yesterday I see that the old Land Rover showroom (been empty at least 2yrs) suddenly has a Maserati sign going up - seems Maranello are making this a Maserati only showroom - maybe converting Egham to Ferrari only?

I wouldn’t be surprised, I haven’t seen a Maserati in the Tower Garage for ages.
