What colour you looking for Tony.....

You mean thr Performante? I'm not. Already shook hands on an orange one my friend bought new. Very last Gallardo registered in the UK, so May 2014 car. It's a 50th anniversary model, Edizione Tecnica and seems to have every option. 4.5k miles and price is really good. Just waiting for his Aventador to come so he can release the car to me.

My Strad is YELLOW!!!! (cause I don't like standing out in a crowd haha), 2011 2 seater, with roll cage and racing seats. Love love love it. Took part in the Maserati Centenary trip last year and it didn't miss a beat. Only issue I have had was a flat battery but that was easily resolved with a battery upgrade and CTEK. As you mention, the Corsas make driving in winter a bit of 'fun' as there is virtually no grip so I am rather impressed that you are using yours as your daily. I've tucked mine up in a lovely warm garage until the salt trucks have 'exited, stage right'. I have a 2008 Gallardo (yellow) in Sydney although it was recently wrapped in fabulous Lambo green. Always been a rev head haha. Your collection is fantastic!!!!

Yellow! Amazing. Thought white was bold, yellow is another level!

Strad is a more sensible daily than an 800bhp Nissan GT-R :D:D I actually cycle the cars and will drive the Aventador as well to work!

Sounds like a stunning car Tony. Look forward to hearing more when you get her.

:) Thanks discounts for forum members. What industry are you in Tony if you don't mind the Q?

Computer Software. I'm essentially an entrepreneur and a geeky programmer, with two successful companies behind me. After the last acquisition I have stayed on as CTO.

Hi TonyR.
I must say I love your selection of cars and I think you have excellent taste in your Stradale . I drive mine every day and I think they are a great all-rounder.

Mrs N and I had that discussion and it turns out I was mistaken. We also debated the merits of awesome cars versus food, holidays, getting the roof fixed and education. I was amazed to learn quite how low down the priority list awesome cars actually are.

Schoolboy error - what's this about just the one list?

There's at least an 'A' list, 'B' list and so on. Clearly the Awesome list needs attention.

I've fortunately made some money selling cars unintentionally so my wife can't complain. The man maths is epic!

In-fact 16M + GTR - Performante - MC Stradale and I'm still £50k up!

It's great maths, even I start to believe it :)

A list: stupid awesome cars
B list: somewhere warm and dry to sleep
C list: food

Like a Maslow's hierarchy of needs, but with cars on the lowest, most fundamental tier of human needs. More, perhaps, of a Maserlover's hierarchy of needs.

That's it OB - much better :)

Superb maths Tony... With those numbers you'd have been a fool to do otherwise - who could possibly call you on it? :D

Presumably you told Mrs TonyR that you're only £20k up?!
