Looks Ace Was thinking of lowering mine as well.

what bushes were changed ?. And the best place to get H&R springs
Front wishbones. They were on their way out and cracked. I bought my springs from ebay. Rudiemods. £436.68 for all 4. 20mm lower.
Be warned apparently the bolts are a nightmare for the struts and regularly pull the threads out. Mine had many days of penetrating oil and one still needed to be cut out I think Matt said. Basically unless you want to risk it get an indie to do it plus geo set up after.

Yes all the bushes, two upper and two lower can be changed, although it’s usually the uppers that’s go.

You have to have the factory tool to do it. Here’s Ash doing my Strad today

I think my car might have been lowered before I got it - looks lower like this car, and normal/sports button doesn't seem to make any different suspension-wise - will look tmrw, maybe capped off....

Sport button still works on mine. Slightly harder but not had opportunity to check it more. Not sure it is necessary now. Corners flat and much faster. Love it.
