Thanks Adam. Nareman gave me a great deal of advice when setting up my business, I have no hesitation in recommending his company, he does it in a similar way to me.

Thanks Dave, it was Nareman that replied, so great info, thanks!

In terms of keys cards, i believe there should be two red key cards with the car, does that sound right?

Hola. Good luck with the search. I bought mine in November last year, and have just been to champagne and back. Total blast :)
Regarding the cards: I think you only *need* one red card, and one silver one. I have two now as I got a red card with my new key, and got one with the car.

Both the old and new red cards are available.

The Autofficina one has been for sale I believe with another dealer for some time.....We spoke about this car a few weeks ago....Black on black with GS wheels.....

For me the first one looks the best if everything checks out......

If you are thinking of a QP as well I would drive both as for me the QP is the better drive, very subjective though....Such a great handling car for something so big. Running costs will be about the same I would say.....

Thanks mate. It's not the one from mr911 is it?
QP is lovely, definitely food for thought!

How would a pre purchase inspection work, would it be a case they would have to drop their car off or would it be a mobile unit that would go to them? Any recommendations near Dorset for the first link?

Made even more suspicious by the fact it is no longer on their site! If it is the same one they have upped the price by 1.5 / 2k iirc

Its pretty much identical....I remember looking at it and thinking all that black inside was a bit much...Most have different sticking or piping colour to break it up.

I 'spoke' (via email) with a chap named Clive at mr 911 - in fact i think he IS Mr 911 - last weekend. He told me that his 4200 had sold on Friday, ironically the very day I inquired. That one had 30 something k miles and was registered in 2006, so a different but v similar car to Autofficina: which is £500 more for an older model with 15k more on the clock...

Good to see that you are using all the info accessible on the forum to make a wise choice.

Have you actually test-driven any? If I were you I would test drive at least one before you buy, so that you have something to compare against. I would try and test drive an absolutely mint (if possible high-priced) example, so that you have a proper frame of reference of how the car should feel/drive/accelerate/handle etc.

You appear to be taking your time, which is one of the main things...as it is just so tempting to buy something when you really want it!

If you are still looking let me know as my car is for sale and I will send you some details, the car is known by some of the forum members.
