NEWBIE WITH A FEW AUDIO QUESTIONS

First time posting so please forgive me if Im going over much travelled ground....After much deliberation and soul searching I recently took the plunge and purchased a 2008 4.2 GT. Aesthetically the car is beautiful and refined to drive.....However! :) the audio system is, to be polite, a little dated!!… cant seem to pair my iPhone via Bluetooth, nor does there seem to be an AUX function to allow me to play music from my phone via Spotify. Is there an Aux input hidden anywhere?, I have found a charging point in the central storage compartment. but cant see anything else.

Really would appreciate any heads up you guys and gals can give.

Early Early cars had version 7.1 HW.
There is no aux Bluetooth connection.
7.2 introduced aux methinks and later included BT.

If your until has a slot for a SIM card then it's a pre BT version
