Hello to all
First of all it was good see so many people at the ACE cafe last night. Really enjoyed lookng over all the italian metal and the lesson on how to spot a 3200 from a 4200 to a GS (-And when a 3200 spyder isn't!) Lovely cars all round. I also managed to turn up briefly for the meet in Henley before the Xmas bash.
I have a 07 Auto Black QP / Ivorio leather / red brake calipers which I have had since June last year. Owning a QPV has been a dream on mine since I first set eyes on a one. It's by far the most outrageously jaw dropping goodlooking car on the planet. (IMHO!) Loving every minute of owning and driving it and sanguine about the trials an tribulations it has/will cause. (Already one journey on an AA flatbed with siezed handbrake plus other assorted disco lights with subsequent wallet inducing aneorexia)
I've been reading the forum for two years so feel I "know" alot of the protagonists and am prepared for the man maths required to own these lovely cars.
Although I didn't buy from Dicky, he was very helpful and managed to put a few very tempting prospects under my nose.
I look forward to more banter and seeing some of you in person at subsequent meets
