Dem, 50 aint old. 50 is the new 21. good things start to happen at 50. the kids are leaving home being the best, more disposable income. you have by now matured & mellowed and can take time to stop & appreciate the things around you. you dont get rattled at the sheer stupidity you see going on in the world.......you just smile , sigh and shake your head. ( i'm still working on that last one ). remember, we are the baby boomer generation. we were hippies , mods, rockers. we had the beatles & the stones. bob dylan, carnaby street. jobs when we left school.
yep , lifes good for the over 50's...........feel sorry for all you youngsters.......hope we leave some good stuff for the rest of you.
well said rob yes...i never meant 50 is old i meant its that chill down age like you said where you dont get stressed out anymore....

Yeah thanks for reminding me of that one Rob, just another 17 years to go until I get my life back then.
Hmm, you make an interesting point. Oil consumption will out weigh production by 2014 (+/-) and may well have run out completely by 2027! So smoking around it big ol' V8's will be out of the question.... whizzing around in a solar powered Tesla doesn't seem to have the same appeal.
Best we get it out of the system now then!!

Do you know F - that may be a good idea - i just can't decide.... what i meant earlier was - i don't think i've seen you all post in the way that i need to consider each title - ie not been here long enough, i may get it all wrong and have some dubious stares down the table ....
