No rush by vendor, and quietly letting people know I may sell the AC, (again lol,) and the 348. It will happen if it is meant.Well...didjabuyitorwhat?!?
Thanks for the update. You are more patient than I, good sir...No rush by vendor, and quietly letting people know I may sell the AC, (again lol,) and the 348. It will happen if it is meant.
I always thought the sprouting of plastic spoilt the original design but I think the same about the Lamborghini Countach and I seem to be in a minority of 1 on that
Desire is difficult to explain...trust me on that.I'm going to do this all wrong but...
I don't get it.
The Pantera looks amazing, and that Pantera looks about as good as they can, in your black on black preference, an earlier / not... GTS? car where the plastic bits took it a bit too far, but I don't see what it has over your existing stable.
You've already re-bought the AC so that's probably the easier of the 2 to make a call on, as only you can tell what it's like to get rid of, and then why you wanted it back, and how you've felt since.
The 348, to me anyway, is superior in every way, from looks, to driving experience.
Then again my view is probably tainted as the Pantera for you is probably the 348 for me - as that's what adorned my walls in my youth!
Amazing decision to have regardless!
Nah; I think the Countach is an abomination.I always thought the sprouting of plastic spoilt the original design but I think the same about the Lamborghini Countach and I seem to be in a minority of 1 on that
Thanks, you are probably correct, but..... lol .If it doesn't come off I'll still have that pair though, so all good anyway.I'm going to do this all wrong but...
I don't get it.

That's true of a lot of the old muscle cars but such is evolution I suppose; if the modifications aren't too radical or are associated with racing they seem to be accepted. I saw a GTS at Thruxton in the 1970's and thought it was fabulous, despite the riveted arch extensions. This was at Farnborough last year:I always thought the sprouting of plastic spoilt the original design but I think the same about the Lamborghini Countach and I seem to be in a minority of 1 on that
I am so tempted by this. A car I always wanted in my youth. I'd need to chuck in the two tucked away though
Talk me out of it?
