Just to let you know I'm taking part in The Scottish pre stage of the Tour of Britten cycle race for The Prostrate Cancer Charity on the 4 Sept. www.tourride.co.uk

My Father was diagnosed with this back in the late 90's and My Grand Father died of it in the early eighty's

From what I can tell it looks like you've set up duplicate pages? Anyway I've donated to one of them. Hope it's the right one.

All the best for the ride. Four weeks to go. If you're anything like me it'll be three weeks to buy new clobber - camelback bladder, get the bike serviced, maybe a new breathable, waterproof jacket.......oh and then one week to train....

Hope the wind's at your back and that granny's gear isn't called upon.
