It's actually a lightweight fibreglass bonnet with some extra vents in the front, I picked it up cheap and thought it might allow more of the heat to escape from the cooking turbo on the Q4

those look like triple weber 46 IDA's got a couple of those in the garage, quite an art trying to tune 4 of those
