Diesel & Maserati. Two words that shouldn’t be allowed in the same sentence....
It has its place. Having driven a GTS QP6 that we had in, it was a thing of beauty. Inside it’s up to par and the 3.8TT engine needs no introduction. The outside is a little weak but I’m looking for a daily to replace my lease RR that went back.

Currently a Velar is what I would like but it will cost 20k over 3 years, limit me to 8k a year mileage and have nothing to show for it at the end.

So a diesel QP is something I would consider. Other contenders are a Stelvio and actually I have finally warmed to the Giulia, just took me 5 years to get there. The interior fit and finish seems way better than the early ones.
