Another tough choice:
We'd forgotten how twisty, but lovely Passo del Tonale wasView attachment 101596

And this white road was equally good with a couple of passes which we don't know the names of (we don't really know the difference between a red, yellow or white road - or does it depend on the colour of your calipers which one you can use)

And the road led us to Lago di Tenno for a late lunch

That colour is from either glacier melt water, or run off from a concealed chemical factory. Knowing those dodgy Europeans, I wouldn't drink it either way.

Is an Aston any more efficient than Maserati then?

I'd ask @Felonious Crud, but he is at the petrol station...

Clearly they are NOT more fuel efficient.

Oooh, you cheeky bastards! It depends how one drives. A heavy foot results in low single figures and a plume of unburned fuel getting stuck in Dem's beard unless he's further than 1/4 mile behind. The drive from the gite up to Calais yesterday at - ahem - cruising speeds and with some traffic and stops, plus a bit of queuing here and there, gave me a notch over 20mpg. More sedate speeds will return 22-24mpg.

Where the Aston does slightly let itself down is its 75l tank, so real world range lags behind the GT / Strad.

Do like a shark nose BMW.
My father had a 633i back in 78 with a manual box and after many special cars he'd had I thought as a 16 year old it was extremely quick back then.

My first Sifu had a 635CSi in the early 90s. I though it was incredible.

Slightly different, was next to an Aplina B3 in Leeds last week. Rather super
