So very satisfying and this week I also adjusted some valve clearances good old tappets the feeler gauges don't come out that often but they have been around the World with me.

I’d like to say simpler timesPhil, not a lot to go wrong, except they did, a bit of damp, some carbon soot I the dizzy cap or a hairline crack in the same. There is a lot to be said for a timing pulley and coil packs!

He had quite a few one-offs. I remember seeing the below Testarossa Spider in the Ferrari museum in Maranello. Apparently he liked his cars in silver - and open top

My twin brother took his Lancia up to Dudley to visit our Fathers old Garage where all the Jolly Club Lancias were prepared for UK Rallying.
Sadly the building in Rowley Road is being demolished so I won't be seeing it again.

Lots of memories for me as that was where I started my Automotive adventures and most likely housing going there.
