Whilst looking through old pictures found this of my old Z3M and 528i which the was on 180,000 miles.
Checking the MOT history on the Z it lost over 30,000 after I sold it on.

No owned them for years and served me well.
Used to buy damaged E21'S back in the 80'S and could easily make a Grand on a car.
Not owned anything newer than a E39 Sport which was a 2000 MY.
The last one I owned was the E36 M3 3.0 and that was a 95 MY sold in 2014 and not owned one since.
