Not a bad effort.

Was quietly cringing when reading the first posts, but once seen, doesn't look too bad at all.

I think that's it's easy to go to far and end up with something awful.
But done right I think it looks good, this one looks good.

 Do it. You'll never look back. Actually you will. Lots. Mostly to see how **** good it looks and to wonder why you didn't do it sooner. Tinting the orange side lights and the fog lights has made a world of difference.

How come you didn't get the rear lights tinted as well?

How much did that stripe set you back, if you don't mind me asking?

Good question on the rear lights. They just didn't register as needing doing when we had a walk round to see what else might benefit from some attention. Not sure why. I might nip over and get them done now you've pointed them out.

Cost can vary a lot depending on how well you get it done and the complexity. Mine was an original design so needed to be measured, machine cut and so on. The paintwork was fully prepped and the Maserati badge removed from the boot so the stripe goes under it. Total job took around 6 man hours and cost £300. I'm sure you could pay a lot less but equally you could pay an awful lot more.

I really like it. Quite a tasteful mod in my humble opinion. Wonder what satin silver would look like on my 4200!!

I like the tinting on the lights a lot - really suits the car.

It's only the garish orange side lights and the fog lights which have been done. The orange is quite obvious close up, when you know to look for it, but they followed the internal structure of the light very well with the tint so it's quite subtle.
