Power Steering Fluid

Evening All.

Is anyone able to advise on the specification for the power steering fluid. Mine has dropped and requires topping up.

It was changed on the service last year and cannot for the life of me find it in the handbooks!

Where has it gone, steering rack gaitors? Keep an eye as it's an MOT fail if visibly leaking.

There is an oil mark on the under tray much further forward than the rack. Not far from where the reservoir is just behind the rad. Will need to take the covers off tomorrow and take a look.

Power steering cooler rad is where your describing on the 4200 /GS. Prone to rotting away and failure.

Im sure somebody will advise if the GT cooler is in the same place.

Yes. It's fixed to the front of the cooling rad.
