Nobody listens to Today on Radio 4? It's gone a bit soft, since Humphries and Naughtie left, but still sets up the news cycle for the rest of the day.
We're missing someone like Paxo, who genuinely put the fear of God into deserving interviewees.
I'm intrigued to see what kind of media platform the Donald comes up with. But because he can't understand self deprecating and talks in toddler speak, I predict that the novelty will wear off after several seconds.

Humphries ended up as a parody of himself and was nothing like as smart as he liked to think. Used to have a lot of time for Naughtie, though.

Paxman was nothing special IMHO. Just rude. YMMV

Reuters, the writing is a bit dry but cuts and the **** and actually seems to tell you what’s going on and it’s refreshing to not have 20 stories about how some tv presenter wore a skirt or another said a swear word or whatever
