QPV rear suspension ball joint

Sorry if there’s already a thread for this that I’ve not seen but my QPV rear suspension has play in one of the ball joints and although I think it will pass the next MOT it will only get worse. Eurospares only sell the complete suspension assembly at £700 which is a pain. Anyone know of an alternative solution? Can these be rebuilt? I’m guessing there’s a plastic part that wears against the metal ball.

I’m kinda resigned to buying the whole lot but thought I’d ask around.

Luke the rest of the modern range you are stuck with OEM and new rather than a repair.
