I think I know this one.

An aglet is the little bit of plastic at the end of your shoe laces that stop the lace from fraying... as told to me by a shoe repair bloke who replaced my aglets when I put in a pair of shoes to be resoled.

Ok - I'd like to know where are the biggest clock faces in each of the UK, the USA, and in Europe...?

Not that it helps any of you lot, but I've lived in all three places at different times of my life!

nope - I used to think it was, and I have lived in Liverpool, but I don't believe the Liver Building clocks are the biggest in the UK, and they are definitely not the biggest in EU

On a more serious note. The art deco building in london has a giant clock face on it which is bigger than the Elizabeth tower clock. I dont know what the building is called but its near the strand somewhere.
