Went to the Collecting Cars coffee run at the Motorist in Sherburn in Elmet just outside Leeds this morning. Despite doing a passable impression of the elephant man thanks to the mother of all dental extractions it was a great morning of escapism featuring some stunning cars. The Pista, GT40 and 959 ‘homage’ got a lot of love.
Was directed to park next to a lovely Centennial Strad so took a few snaps. Had a nice chat with Mike who has an Alfa 4c alongside the Strad, and I believe is also of this parish. You could say it was a micro meet of sorts, courtesy of Richard Grace Cars thanks to the fact we both sourced our cars through Richard.
