Small rust bubbles QPV

Got these forming on the leading edge - lower corner of my ffside rear door.

I would have thought that the panels were galvanised ? anyone know anything ?!

Are you sure its not micro blisters from a poor paint repair?

Nope - deffo looks like tin worm underneath the paint.

Wrong thread I know, but Jonny, have you seen that Noor now has valved Larini sports exhausts for the QP for the discounted forum price if £1700 plus vat? Time to make your car noisy. It'll take your mind off the rust bubbles, and drown out the noise of your A/C problem!

AC all sorted now thanks Ewan - just needed a regas ! Seen the Noor post, but just had an unexpected forthcoming bill for my 65 Splitscreen which is being restored. The extra I'm having to fork out would have covered a nice set of Larinis

Will have to wait a little until SWMBO's eye is taken off the automotive ball.

Mind you, her Rangey Sport needs new ball joints and bushes, but that's classed as general maintenance rather than fun inducing noise upgrades !
