Same here Loz.....We always give it a miss these days...Although the first year we met I sent flowers everyday for the week before Valentines...Her house was like a funeral parlour...Then the night before Valentines I fly her out to Paris for a romantic weekend..............

What can I say but great minds think alike!

Valentines, that's for people who don't have a Wedding anniversary!

So did I buy Mrs Conaero a prezzie, well yes I did. The master Chef cook book and some chokies, and she loved it!

My mrs is very low maintenance. We had a romantic lunch at Wimpy and I got take away doners for dinner. We spent the evening watching recordings of Escape To The Country.

(I may have bought her a silver and onyx necklace too.)

My wife wife promised to cook me Dinner last night.

I cooked Lamb steaks and chips at 9 o'clock, as my Son and I were hungry and couldn't wait

What's the equivalent to "Bar humbug" in Valentine's lingo?

Oh Dem,

It's rotten when tiny tots are poorly, I feel for you. You will get back to near normal soon.
My good lady and I said no cards, or pressies this year, so Valentines morning she woke me up with a coffee, a card and a new wrist watch, you just can't trust these ladies to stick to a plan can you, of course..... I did, but thankfully I was able to switch on the smoooooth and drink the coffee without any bad after effects.

Cheers
Robert
