Just wondering fellow owners thoughts on this one.
My 4200 GT Coupe went in the garage for a service + MOT yesterday. All was fine at 5.30 PM last night (passed MOT, service done and locked in the garage for the night). This morning I received a call to say it looks like your car has clutch problems, we can't move it. I went down there and tried it myself and the clutch pedal depresses and the gear stick moves into gear but the car won't drive.
Ok so there may be a problem but how does a car that is fine when put into the garage, fine and locked at 5.30PM with no signs of any clutch/gearbox problems suddenley completley go overnight when stationery and locked ?
Has anyone ever seen anything go suddenley like this with no warning and any idea what it might be ?
The garage in question say they can't look at it so have sent it to a sister garage that can to find out what the issue is. Unless anyone has any thoughts only thing I can think to do is wait and see what they say the issue is and call in the AA for a second opinion to see if the issue was caused by the garage.
Any thoughts much appreciated.
Thanks as always in advance
Stephen
