Yet another nice day, took the car out for a spin down the Fosseway got to redline her in fourth gear, blue sky and sun shine another unexpected run out in the car.....
Back to reality now playing tea party with a three year old and a whole load of furry animals..

Sunny her today..It was the Welsh Grand National at Chepstow which I hate with a passion...People every where and I can never get out of my street as they make the road I go on to one way....Bloosy sport...

TaeKwonDo, i am red belt black stripe, got my black belt grading in April, also like Boxing, i like watching that, also like Football and down hill mountain biking.

Ten years ago, my only regret in life, wish I carried on,would have been a 4th dan by now and a lot thinner, some great memories, used to love it. All that jumping around and braking thinks

you enter any competitions? i won the north midlands championship last year. You could have been an instructor by now as well as you would have been 4th dan.

I think the best sport on telly is MotoGP, Rossi at the Mugello circuit was hitting 204 mph on the main straight, just awesome.

Great day again today, took the car for a spin to the Cotswolds came back gave her the first wash of the year all clean and back in the garage. Nice to get some use in the winter, thought she might be left in the garage for a couple of months.
