Frank you were in Barnet?!

I was brought up very close to Barnet, and Dem lives pretty close to there now.

I recently registered on this site. I bought my Nov. 2004 Cambiocorsa from Richard Grace in July 2012. I am delighted with it and it seems that Richard selects only well cared for cars. The only problem that I have had is the, apparently common, "Water in the passenger footwell". I am hoping that a thread entry, (sportsmaserati.co.uk/222-Aircon-clean-out-pollen-filter by Conaero), will help me sort it out.

Welcome. That particular problem is simple enough to fix, and I do hope it's what you are suffering. The other possible cause is leaky heater matrix, which is a PITA, but not the end of the world. Sometimes , however, the aircon drips on people's feet simply as condensation collects on the condenser, which is the easiest of the lot :)

Oddly, i had a wet footwell due to the washer bottle leaking and water sloshing when driving and somehow finding its way to the footwell.

I doubt it. There's a drainage point that it was filling up. I can't remember the ins and outs but after they temporarily sorted the washer bottle the wet carpet stopped.

Yours may be the first car in existence that *doesn't* have a hole in the bulkhead ;)
