if he was a local then should not of ventured out considering the conditions and hilly roads in his neck of the woods, problem is i don't think anything would of helped in those circumstances, cant power out of it no matter how experienced driver and first instinct for most is to plant foot on brakesQuestionable decision to proceed at all.
