The good morning thread

Morning all. I'm also sick of this crappy weather, a bit of warm dry weather would go down a treat.
Got the Maser out of the garage today (bin day) and thought about taking her to work, but as she'd so nice and shiny ofter her wash at the weekend, I didn't want her ruined by the showers expected this afternoon, as round here after every bit of rain it looks like my car has just done the Paris-Dakar and is covered in sand.

So back in the garage she went, cover back on.

Job for the day is build another website for one of my companies, after the job I did for the new one I figured I'd save myself 700 quid a year. And so far it looks way better that the original put together by Soletrader Websites.
Will have to speak to them about my web domains and emails now though. I'm sure that won't be straight forward as it should be.

Morning, all.

Back to work with an almighty thump. This misty, damp weather really is a pile of old bollox as well. I've checked the weather forecast and it looks pretty uninspiring. I'll have a look through a few alternative forecasts until I find one I like.

Five roundabouts rebuilt! £3k worth of bearings swapped out so a nice run to the scrap yard later in the week to collect some LeMans tokens.

Morning, SMers. Grey and foggy out east, too. Yesterday turned out nice when all the damp stuff had burned off. Hoping today will be the same. My day feels like disturbingly like Catman’s. Plus budgets. Zzzzzz.

Oh, how I yearn for the day when our morning greetings once more refer to automaotive antics and not just grizzling about work and weather. Us Brits, eh? We’re a fooking cliché.

There's no way I'll ever take Mrs Crud to a car place. It never works out well. Sher always assumes it'll be really quick, like dropping stuff at the dry-cleaners. She doesn't understand that hanging round and talking shite for a few hours, or waiting and watching while a magician does his work, is really important.

Morning all. Another day of dealing with total f*ckwits ahead.

One of these days I'm going to go all Michael Douglas in Falling Down!

As you were.
