Morning...got one of the Brera springs in...the broken one but what a pig!
The lower bolt will not budge so had to get creative.
Pulled it out of its top mounting in situ, cut the remains of the spring and managed to squeeze it over the top but it was an absolute pig.
Dropped the car and the other side sits an inch higher....so no getting away with just the one then, there goes my Saturday!
TBF, the new spring sits an inch lower but looks correct compared to the fronts and equal gapping wheel to arch.

Morning all. Another night without a full compliment of sleep. Joseph was improving all day yesterday having bits of food etc, then came the exploding nappy just after I got in from work, and was followed by more vomitting just before he was about to go to bed. Poor little fella.
Unfortunately starvation is the only option at the moment to get rid of the bug. How do you tell an 11 month old that though?

Morning all, a wedding yesterday in the 458 which is always a nice place to be. Certainly a headturner in the Cotswold Villages
Steady day today was going to go to FRR shareholders meeting in the smoke but as no significant updates I'm not going to be arsed with the schlep into the smoke for nowt but a few free beers and vino's.

Well - I had an early morning call this morning,
Denmark calling - we want you to start 29th Oct,
Told my boss I have had an offer of another role, within an hour they are making an offer of a higher rate to keep me, which they have been procrastinating over for about 6/7 weeks,
Now its all, we are disappointed, we don't have anyone else who can do what you do, etc etc etc.
Tbh, now I am betwixt, Denmark is still a lot more £'s but there is accommodation and flights to consider and being away for 3 week periods..

Denmark, stunning country, amazing people and even better beer! 3 weeks is nothing, get them to pay for accommodation and flights as a sweetener or at least contribute. I've worked and lived abroad many times and it's great for the soul.

Yeah Phil, “worked” abroad plenty, mostly at 4-6 months at a time, I’m doing the sums, cons and pro’s, the delta may be hard to overcome tho !!!

Denmark sounds great, I always think it says a lot when companies can offer deals when there is a new one on the table despite it being discussed for weeks. If they truly care about you they should have the deal on the table when first discussed not when forced by an alternative. Whichever decision you make, do what is right for you.
