Just boring work then Boxing tonight. Nice big space in the garage where the Brera use to be, hum, need to fill that with something.
Xmas doo, I will need all your payments next week, its circa £300 a couple all in, just to pre warn you it will need to be swiftly paid.

Well what a day only France where you can't spend your own money.
Done a deal on a Jaguar XF and can't pay for it. Cash no longer King and they won't let you pay on your phone like I normally do.
Has to be a Bank cheque and as my account is online can't get that till Tuesday morning so stuck in Paris till then.

It's a country full of socialists, Phil. They probably find some English guy trying to spend cash on a Jaguar to be extremely bourgeois and crass.

Had to register it in my partners name normally you can do both but you have to show ID and my UK passport put a spanner in the works so it's in Ms French's name only.It's a country full of socialists, Phil. Good day yesterday with No. 2 Son
but
3 1/2 hours to get back from Ilkley (lunch) is just taking the proverbial.
The QP though is a nice place to sit while surrounded by roadworks etc. A fun night last night and more of the same today. So glad I am retired

A very good morning all. Christening today and then back to church to hear Dan read a poem he wrote about WW1. Then watching the fire work disp,at at Dans school. It's pisdinpeeing down so the good news is we back onto the school,so can see it all from inside the house. Result.
