Morning all, looking at the weather I suspect I am going to get wet today as Mrs Z bought 40Kgs of assorted spring bulbs yesterday and guess which muppet she is expecting to go out there and plant them

40kgs is a LOT of bulbs! Isn't that like 700 daffodils!?!?

I had a lawn re-turfed in June last year, and had a bunch of snowdrop bulbs stored, so it was easy to chuck them onto the earth before the guys laid the turf. They came up quite nicely in the early spring. But I wanted daffodils too, and just could not find any source of daffodil bulbs in June. I left it last year (as the turf was so new) but this September was a couple of hard days with a bulb planter to get about 80 daffs in. Pictures in March....

Good, morning to all.....Back to it then.........Looks like a 17 day lock down in Wales from next Friday. I get what they are trying to do but until the whole of the U.K. does the same what is the point. It will never have the desired effect unless we all do the same.

I think we will be going into lockdown soon, government meeting today to discuss

Morning all and certainly getting interesting here in Europe.
We picked up a Farm kitten yesterday so will see what mischief she's been up to or not.
Stay Safe all.

Morning, cold spanner’s await.

It was requested that the Strad was bought to pick up the missus from a wine tasting tour with her work colleagues on Saturday.

It was quite difficult folding a dead weight into an Enzo seat but there you go. At least I got to chuckle as she walked into a glass partition on the way out.
